in this work, we introduce an architecture that can assist the users to allocate the communications resources dynamically in a practical wireless communication system. the algorithm was designed to provide the optimal set of communications resources to maximize the system's throughput. the architecture makes use of the existing protocols, and it is based on the existing architecture for resource allocation in ofdm systems. the system can be used to allocate the network resources dynamically to the user equipments and to the access points at the time of the handover or at the time of the maintenance operation. the proposed architecture can be used to help in the optimization of the resource allocation for the uplink, downlink, and the new overlay communication channels, and it is scalable to the next generation of wireless communication systems.
