“I am passionate about health. For years, I have immersed myself in practicing yoga, meditation, healthy eating, plant-based cooking and Ayurveda. I have learned so much and I am excited about the prospect of sharing what I have learned with you.”
Melody is an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Professional (YACEP), an Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Group Fitness Instructor and most recently, she earned the designation of Certified Nutritional Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, she completed a Nutrition Science program with The Stanford Center for Health Education and a Forks Over Knives Ultimate Cooking Class.
